The workshop was opened by Alfonso Borsellini in 1890 on Via Maggio, for the restoration of tapestries, fabric objects, and the creation of sofas, armchairs, and curtains. The business was then handed down from father to son until the current owner Luca Borsellini, Alberto’s son. Today, the artisanship still preserves all the artisan tradition of upholstery, made exclusively by hand with patience and precision. From just a drawing, a photo, or simply an idea, a finely padded and covered object can be obtained. The upholsterer also takes care of the restoration of skins, leather, and antique fabrics and tapestries.
