This establishment began its activity in 1930. The founder was Andrea Goretta, a master pastry chef, who immediately stood out for the high quality and deliciousness of his entirely artisanal products. These characteristics, recognized by all his customers from then until today, have remained unchanged over time, especially since the management has only changed once in 85 years, in 1983. The Rossi family, with its new family management since 1983, has upheld the tradition and plans to continue in this way, as this is what both old and new customers desire.
