Since 1962
Born from Franco Botticelli’s passion and spirit of initiative, Botticelli Antichità opened in Florence in 1961. An artist and collector, Franco became an innovative antiques dealer. The gallery, at the time located on Via Maggio 40/r, was run by Franco and his wife Veria until 1994, when, after the premature death of their father, the children Eleonora and Bruno took over from their parents, continuing the family tradition. Today, Botticelli Antichità is located on Via Maggio 39/r., still run by Bruno and Eleonora who, in recent years, expanded their field of knowledge, sustained by their passion for the rare and the original, the careful search for quality, and attention to the history of their objets d’art.
