The business was founded in the 1950s as a small workshop, but the official story of Maison Cellerini begins in the 1960s, created by Silvano and his wife in a small apartment in the heart of Florence. Day by day, thanks to artisanal craftsmanship and the use of top-quality materials, it became famous worldwide. Over the years, with the help of their daughter Alessandra, the leather goods shop has established itself as one of the few Italian artisanal businesses that continues to thrive. Today, the company is run by sisters Antonella and Alessandra, who, after many years of collaboration, became the owners in 2019. They continue the production and sales activity with the same dedication to material quality, the search for the best leathers, and artisanal workmanship, all in the same premises where it all began. The business started in its current location, but for many years, up until two years ago, there was also a shop on the street.
