Cozzi Alberto di Luci Massimo

History

Since 1908

The Cozzi Alberto workshop, run by Luci Massimo, originated in 1908 when the great-great-grandfather Alberto Cozzi took over a bookbinding business along with his wife. This ancient craft has been passed down through five generations, and the same artisanal techniques of bookbinding and the restoration of ancient texts are still used today. The business has also expanded its original specialization by offering home services for notarial document binding, crafting high-quality stationery items, and marbling paper—skills that have been passed down from master craftsmen of the family. Originally located at Via del Parione 42/r, the business moved to its current location in 1967.
