Since 1908
The Farmacia Santo Spirito was founded by Gilda Bacci in 1908, then passed to Dante Castellani, then to the Zangirolami family. From the documents, however, it is possible to trace it back to the early sixteenth century, as the property with the adjacent palace belonging to one of the most famous apothecaries in Florence: Anton Francesco Grazzini. Recently, thanks to the intervention of the current owners, Marco Zini and Silvia Iadevaia, the pharmacy premises have undergone a long and demanding restoration project that has restored the furnishings to their original state.
