Since 1957
The wine shop was founded in 1957 by Romano and Matilde Gambi on Via C. Monteverdi in Florence, specializing in the sale of wines and oils, with in-house bottling. In 1996, a second location was opened on Borgo SS. Apostoli, which remained active until 2006. In 1999, the main location was moved to its current address at Via Senese 21/r, at the corner of Via Monteverdi and Via Boccherini.
