Hotel Rapallo

History

Since 1958

The building, owned by the Ercoli family, had already been functioning as a guesthouse/hotel before the war. The Conti Lapi family took over the management on July 1, 1958, with Renzo Conti Lapi running it as a sole proprietorship. In 1984, the business transformed into Hotel Rapallo Srl, with Luana Bucci as the sole director (currently co-owned with her son Lorenzo Conti Lapi). In 1984, the company purchased the property, which was renovated in 2012.
