Just a stone’s throw from Piazza della Signoria, the Vinaio has been open since 1925 and, at the time, was frequented by coachmen, delivery boys, townsfolk, and country people who came to the city to conduct essential business (courts, barracks, big festivals, and markets). Thanks to its strategic location, the wine bar now boasts many regular and walk-in customers.
