Since 1953, ditta nata nel '32

The Ditta Del Fante was founded at the end of the 1800s and over the years, it created a series of masterpiece signs that are still present today in the center of Florence (such as the Queen Victoria and Taf signs on Via Por Santa Maria), in Lucca (the Monte Dei Paschi shop window on Via Roma), and in Pistoia, Prato, and Pisa. The workshop, passed down through generations, trained a series of sign artists, some of whom were closely observed in their work by David, including Mangani Otello, Mauro Mazzi, Gino Nardi, Gino Fantechi, and Rodolfo Mecacci.

In 1985, the company closed due to the death of its owner, leaving a significant artistic void. La Pintatutto has attempted to fill this gap, often saving the historic city center from the spread of low-quality plastic advertisements. Currently in its third generation, La Pintatutto made a bold and counter-trend decision in 2006 to return to the past and embrace the craftsmanship of former times. While modernity has brought many advantages, it has also led to the loss of the passion and care that must be dedicated to a sign to make it memorable for those who see it. David Collini personally oversees each project, a keen observer of everything around him, and a self-taught artisan in his craft.
