While specialising in law and economics, here you can find books of all kinds.The founder of the bookshop was Oreste Gozzini, who began buying and selling ancient and modern books in 1850 in Piazza del Duomo. After various moves, the business took up residence in Via Ricasoli in 1959 where it is still located, run by the heirs of the same family. The current owners, father and son, are the fourth and fifth generation of the family to run this business. In 1929, in fact, Gino Gozzini, who took over from his father Oreste at the beginning of the twentieth century, left the company to his son-in-law Renato Chellini, who ran the company until 1968, when he sold it to his son Pietro. They frequented and purchased at the Croce, Einaudi, Papini, and Spadolini bookshops.
