Since 1929
Pietro Anzuini and Loreto Massi took over a butcher’s shop on Via De’ Neri in 1929, combining the sale of meat with the business of artisanal pork products with the production and sale of sausages. In 1966, the business won first prize at the Exhibition Competition for showcases of lean pork meat. During the ’70s the production was expanded with the opening of a new workshop on Via Faentina and with the opening of another store. The artisan company has been handed down over the years from generation to generation, always maintaining a very high level of quality.
