Since 1964
The business was started by the father of the current manager in a space where a butcher shop already existed. The father managed the business for a short period before officially taking it over in 1964, under the name Enrico Grandis. The butcher shop has always remained in its current location, becoming a landmark for the area. It only temporarily moved to an adjacent space for renovation work.
