Since 1943
The establishment was already serving customers with tables and outdoor seating on Piazza della Repubblica at the end of the 1800s, as evidenced by historical photographic archives. In the 1930s, the Bellotti family (Luigi Bellotti, the grandfather) took over the business, which was later passed down to his son, Gaetano Bellotti. Since 1943, the business has always been run by the family, with some employees assisting in the operations. Currently, Luigi Bellotti and Roberto Neroni are managing the establishment. Initially a bar and ice cream shop, the business eventually evolved into a restaurant. Since its opening, the establishment has always been known as Bar Moderno d’Oro, and today it operates under the name Ristorante Fiorino d’Oro.
