After being damaged in the 1966 flood, the historic “Loggia del Buondelmonti” was entrusted by the “Opera Pia Cucine Popolari” (still the current owner of the building) to Totò and Paola, the parents of the current owners. In September 1968, they opened the “Ristorante Totò” here. The family, with children and grandchildren, is still running the business today, just as they did then, staying true to the values of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
