The Robiglio pastry shop on Via Tosinghi was founded in 1957 by the parent company on Via dei Servi, active since 1928. For years, its management has maintained the old company traditions and the quality that distinguishes the products of this renowned pastry shop. Today, however, the new managers have separated from the historic company, though keeping its name, and have expanded the business by also providing restaurant service, with the purchase of new premises.
