The company TAF Tovagliati Artistici Fiorentini opened its shop on Via Por Santa Maria 17/r in 1953. The owner, Luigi Cappellini, from Pistoia, came from a famous family of embroidery craftsmen. An embroidery expert and a great connoisseur of linens and silks, Cappellini concentrated on the quality of the product and the workmanship, while his wife Clara Arzilla took care of the customers. Today the TAF company is known worldwide. Distinguished by its assortment of bedroom, table, and household linen in general, it offers strictly hand embroidered products.
