Trattoria Buzzino

History

Since 1844

The trattoria dates back to the first half of the 1800s, as evidenced by a plaque of the flood from 1844, which can be seen in the trattoria. From there, there have been countless managers, and the business has always distinguished itself for its preparation of classic Tuscan dishes, such as croutons, sliced deli meats, sausages, pappardelle with hare, ribollita, and all the Tuscan cold cuts. The furniture was redone in 1980 in solid walnut and the decor is enriched with historic lamps, salami hooks, and antique jugs.
