The history of Trattoria Sant’Agostino is closely tied to the historic cellars of the building. The business originally started as a wine shop, founded and managed by the Pucci family in 1958, and later became a trattoria. In 2000, the trattoria was separated from the wine cellar. The establishment has a window facing Via Maffia and two windows on Via Sant’Agostino. It features four rooms with wooden floors and ceilings with wooden beams or flat ceilings. The entrance is characterized by a wooden counter with a marble top, likely dating back to the 1960s.
