Since 1943
The bakery was opened by Mr. Marco Bianchi’s grandfather in 1943. His son took over in 1947. During those years, people would line up to receive bread provided by the rationing system. The neighborhood also used the oven to cook Sunday roasts. In the 1980s, the bakery was taken over by Francesco Quattrocelli, who transferred it to Via di Santo Spirito Srl in 2014.
